|Required Work Experience
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Business administration or related field
- At least 4 Years experience in FMCG sales/trade marketing in TT , MT
- Good command of English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Work closely with Brand Managers to prepare launches of new products and new packsizes.
- Provide sales volume forecast and marketing budget of new product launches
- Create monthly channel promotions to gain market shares and to help customers grow beverage category.
- Monitor sales performance including promotions evaluation monthly.
- Launch new products into handling channels.
- Roll out global events into responsible channels with marketing activities and promotions
- Responsible for channel’s budget allocation and spending on a monthly basis.
- Regularly monitor and analyze market data (Nielsen), internal sales data, and shopper insights before presenting to Key Accounts Managers.
- Co-promote with various partners such as cinemas to activate movie promotions or snack partners to co-promote with beverages.
- Develop annual business plan that includes marketing strategies and channel marketing activities.
