- Responsible for integrated marketing communication to support new campaign of Product to be launched in Thailand
- Develop new products and promotions based on consumer insights and historical sales to generate sustainable sales and profit growth
- Exploit TV tie-in program, direct marketing, digital marketing and POP material
- Develop winning product innovation and support to uplift sales on occasions i.e. Valentine, Songkarn, Chienese New Year, Mother’s Day, Vegetarian Festival, Father’s Day, Christmas, New Year, etc.
- Develop budget sales & marketing expenses by category/ sales mix to be used in annual plan
- Work with R&D and advertising agency on product concept, fine tune execution to ensure successful launch.
- Work with Supply Chain to secure specification, lead time and logistic of RM and PM.
- Work closely with Operation Team and ensure new product and promotion implementation complied with marketing guideline.
- Forecast RM and PM according to market demand and keep monitoring on their performance and stock adjustment.
- Work with Finance Team to effectively control COG and marketing budget on monthly basis
- Monitor and follow up on sales results by category to achieve target
- Inside the company confers frequently with Area Coach, Supply Chain, OD, MD, FD and GM
- Outside the company regular contacts advertising, media and research agency
- Perform other duties (i.e. International Business) as assigned by Marketing Director
