- Manage overall merchandising process to ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Administer New Product Development process ex. prepare the work for sampling, product costing and pricing
- Review, plan and issue orders for finished goods and other materials weekly based on prescribed stock policies
- Follow up delivery schedules with internal and external suppliers, and resolve or report delays and other problems
- Coordinate all other product-related tasks including labels, packaging, QC, inspections, etc.
- Calculation and planning of materials requirement
- Analyse historical data, trends and product performance
